SigmaCombo Sifting Cum Milling [Vacuum Rated Design]
We had articulately developed a combination of sifter and miller for specific pharmaceutical applications, and after that, it could be loaded into the blender or mixer for further processing.
This whole unit is equipped with a pneumatic conveying system for loading material into the blender bin and can be operated through a PLC, colour touch screen, or manual push-button control.
The process is divided into four stages:
Sifting
Milling
Conveying
Blending
This is versatile equipment that has the advantage of detachable sieves and sifters, and for the co-mill, we have the feasibility of an impeller swapping facility. Thereby, it is fast and effective for achieving higher throughput.
Output is dependent on sieve size and material characteristics.
